Merchants may participate in Free Delivery Day by filling out the following form. You have the option of providing free delivery on all orders or establishing delivery restrictions. It's your choice. In the past, those e-retailers who offered free delivery on all orders found they had the most click throughs and sales.

To participate, you must provide some form of free delivery on 9 December, 2011, with guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve.
